Thursday Assignment
Your work was looking really tight tonight!
Here’s what’s on the agenda for this Thursday night:
Three posters (12×18″), using one of your favorite shapes with the words ‘100 Years of Architecture at Georgia Tech’ (Use no more than three spot colors and Futura Bold.)
Assignment for this Thursday
Client: Georgia Tech College of Architecture
Assignment: Create a logo celebrating their 100th anniversary. The deliverable needs to be based on a 10×10 grid. The logo has to show progression. Black and white.
To make this easier, I set up an ai template. Replace the square pattern with your shapes.
Good place to start for inspiration: Wolfgang Weingart, Josef Müller-Brockmann, Karel Marten, John Maeda.
Please have 10 variations posted on flickr by Midnight.
Next week we’re meeting at Armchair.
Good luck!
Your ulti, ultimate library
Yup. These are (for the most parts) all the books you will ever need.
